Health Fund Alliances
Fremantle Dental Care is a preferred provider with most major health funds. This means our patients receive the maximum benefit entitlement determined by the level of their Extras Cover – in some cases up to 90% of the cost.
Government Subsidies
Government subsidies for dental treatment at FDC may be available to patients who hold a current Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card. You will need to bring the relevant information to each dental appointment you attend at FDC.
Veterans’ Affairs
It’s our privilege to provide services to Department of Veterans’ Affairs cardholders. Gold and white card holders may be entitled to have dental care provided by FDC subsidised by the Department. Please note you will bring your DVA card to every dental appointment you attend.
HICAPS
On-the-spot electronic claiming of health fund benefits through HICAPS is available at our practice.
